You spiral when your partner has a date night. You over-process every text, shift in energy, and moment that feels like distance.
You’ve done enough self-work to know why, and somehow that makes it even more frustrating.
The people I work with are thoughtful, introspective, and deeply self-aware. Many are navigating non-traditional relationships, exploring gender or sexual identity, or trying to build connections outside of what they were shown growing up.
Even though you’ve done the work to understand these patterns, you still find yourself stuck in the same loops.
Now this shows up as:
• Anxiety that spikes in relationships, even when things are “good”
• Struggling to fully trust or receive connection, even from people who’ve earned it
• Cycling between craving closeness and needing to pull back
• Over-functioning, over-giving, or going quiet exactly when you need to speak up
• Knowing what you want to do differently in the moment, and not being able to do it
As a queer, non-monogamous therapist, I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+, kink, and ethically non-monogamous clients in building relationships that feel clear, connected, and grounded.
I also specialize in supporting individuals navigating high-pressure careers. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the tech industry in project management roles, so I understand the pressure, overthinking, burnout, and relational stress that can come with fast-paced environments like Google and other large tech companies.
I work from a trauma-informed, relational lens, integrating approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), IFS-informed EMDR, somatic work, and experiential techniques. That means we’re not just talking about your patterns but we’re working with them in real time so change actually sticks.
Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and tailored to you. We go at a pace that feels manageable, while still helping you move out of the loops that keep you stuck.
The goal isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to help you feel more steady in yourself so the way you show up in relationships actually matches who you already know you are.

Life Outside of Therapy
Outside of therapy, I enjoy staying active via long-distance running, rock climbing, skiing, mountain biking, and doing yoga. My soul is fulfilled by music, and I love connecting with my community through music festivals and Burning Man. I always like to expand my horizons by traveling to different countries as well as regularly immerse myself in nature to stay grounded.
