You’re the one people lean on. The one who holds it together, checks in first, and makes sure that everyone else is okay.
But when it’s just you? You’re exhausted, and asking for help feels almost impossible.
Maybe you replay conversations long after they’re over, wondering what you should have said differently. Maybe conflict doesn’t just stress you out, but it makes you feel like you did something wrong, even when you didn’t. Maybe you can name exactly what you need in relationships, but when it comes time to actually ask for it, you struggle to say the words out loud.
The people I work with are thoughtful, introspective, and deeply self-aware. Many are navigating relationship challenges, exploring gender or sexual identity, healing from relational or sexual trauma, or trying to build connections that feel safer and more secure than the ones they experienced growing up.
Even though you’ve spent time understanding these patterns, you still find yourself stuck in the same loops.
Now this shows up as:
• Constantly wondering where you stand with the people you care about
• Struggling to trust people, even when your brain tells you you’re safe
• Feeling shame after conflict with partners, friends, or loved ones
• Having difficulty expressing what you want and need in sex and relationships
• Being the person everyone relies on while finding it difficult to ask for help yourself
As a queer therapist, sex educator, and coach, I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+, kink, ethically non-monogamous, and relationship-diverse clients, while also working with individuals who want healthier, more connected relationships with themselves and others.
I also have extensive experience working with therapists, coaches, other helping professionals, and sex workers. Many of my clients are the people others turn to for support, yet they struggle to extend that same care to themselves. I have a particular interest in supporting clients who struggle with trust, hyper-independence, intimacy, and the lingering impact of painful life experiences and relationships. I also work with clients navigating OCD, intrusive thoughts, and anxiety that can make it difficult to feel grounded in themselves, their relationships, and their decisions.
My approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and relational. Alongside deeper therapeutic work, I often incorporate practical tools, exercises, and strategies that you can apply in everyday life.
Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and tailored to you. We work together to understand your patterns with compassion while building the insight, skills, and self-trust needed to create meaningful change.
The goal is to help you trust yourself more fully so your relationships can feel less like something you’re constantly managing and more like a place where you can actually show up as yourself.
Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, exploring your identity, or healing from trauma, I’d be honored to support you. Schedule a free 20-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.

What Therapy With Tucker Feels Like
Therapy with Tucker can feel like finally having enough space to slow down, untangle what’s underneath the surface, and be deeply understood without needing to perform or explain yourself perfectly. Clients who work with Tucker often appreciate their sense of humor, emotional attunement, and ability to stay curious about the deeper nuances beneath the surface. Tucker brings a caring, affirming presence to therapy that helps clients feel seen without judgment or pressure.
Life Outside of Therapy
Outside of therapy, I am often seeking restorative rest and embodied play. I love taking a nap in my hammock with my 130 lb dog sleeping next to me, just enjoying the sounds of birds and people walking by. I also love karaoke, reading fiction, dancing in my living room, and laughing with friends.
